Steampunk is a relatively new fashion trend that has been gaining a rapid following. Its base is that of Victorian Era fashion re-imagined if steam power had maintained its influence. Part fantasy, part science fiction coupled with real world styles of the Victorian Age has caught the imaginations of many people the world over.
As you might imagine, a lot of the Steampunk design concepts utilize gears and copper tubing as if steam were powering any form of technology.
